Epoxy & Polyaspartic Garage Floor Coatings · Suffolk & Nassau County
Your Garage Has Been the Unfinished Part of the House Long Enough
Cracked concrete. Dust you sweep up and find again the next day. A two-day flake floor from Majestic turns it into finished space you can clean with a mop. Installed by a Long Island crew that's been grinding, repairing and coating concrete since 2011.
Fastest reply: fill out the form. Most homeowners get a budget number once we've seen a few photos.

Garages stay warm enough to cure
From the Dusty Old Garage to a Room You Actually Use
Most garages on Long Island look the same. The concrete is cracked and chipped and never quite smooth. There's always a layer of dust, and sweeping doesn't fix it. The space never feels finished, so it never gets used like the rest of the house.
After the install, our clients tell us the same thing. They open the garage door and, for the first time in years, it feels like part of the home. For a lot of them, it's the last piece of the house that wasn't done.

After: Every one repaired, then coated
We fill every crack, chip and spall with a fast-cure resin before any coating goes down. It's in the quote, not an add-on.

After: A surface you can clean with a mop
The sealed surface doesn't shed dust. Spills and road salt wipe up instead of soaking in.

After: An extension of your living space
Stop thinking of it as the dirty old garage. Start using it like the rest of the house.
Flake Floor Coatings for Any Indoor Concrete Floor
No two floors are alike. We look at what your slab needs and pick the system and materials that fit it. Big or small, if it's indoors and it's concrete, we can likely do it.

Garage Floor Coatings
One-car to three-car. Our most requested floor, and the one we can install all winter.

Basement Floor Coatings
If the slab has too much moisture or vapor pressure, we add a moisture mitigation layer first so the coating holds.

Showroom Floors
A floor customers notice before you say a word. Flake, solid color or metallic.

Warehouse & Industrial Floors
The same slow-cure base and polyaspartic top coat we've used on large commercial jobs.
Not the right floor for outdoors or asphalt. We won't install this system outside or over asphalt. For driveways, patios and pool decks, look at Vuba Stone or Rubber Stone.
Why Our Epoxy Garage Floors Take Two Days When Others Take One
Plenty of installers sell a one-day floor. It's faster for them and cheaper to deliver. Here's what we do instead, and what each step is for.
Grind the concrete
We grind the slab to the right concrete surface profile (CSP). That's the texture a coating needs to grab on to. Skip it, and even a great product won't stay put.
Repair everything
Every crack, chip and spall gets filled with a fast-cure resin. Whatever the slab needs to be ready is part of your quote.
Lay the epoxy base coat
Epoxy stays workable longer than the fast-cure resins in one-day systems. That extra time lets it soak deeper into the concrete and bite into the surface. Better bite, better hold.
Broadcast flake to refusal
We keep adding your flake blend until the floor can't take any more. Full coverage. No bald spots, no gaps.
Recover, scrape and sand
Once the base has cured overnight, we collect the extra flake, then scrape and sand the surface smooth.
Seal it with a polyaspartic top coat
The top coat takes the abuse. It's UV stable and stands up to scuffs and chemicals, while staying flexible enough to move with the slab.

Most flake floors
If your slab needs moisture mitigation
Solid color and metallic floors
Over 3,000 Epoxy Flake Blends. Or One Nobody Else Has.
Our flake comes from Torginol, which makes more than 3,000 blends. If none of them is quite right, we can create a one-off custom blend for your floor.
Want it to catch the light? Add a glitter enhancement to the blend for a subtle shimmer.
Prefer something cleaner? We also install solid color and metallic floors. (Metallic floors are a warm-weather install.)
What It's Like After We Leave
Easy to clean
Most of the time, a simple mop is all you need. For stubborn stains or floors that need a little extra attention, a mild degreaser and deck brush will do the trick.
Tough where it counts
The polyaspartic top coat resists scuffs and chemicals and stays flexible. Road salt and the odd oil drip wipe right up.
Finished space
The garage stops being the room you close the door on. It becomes usable space, and the house finally feels done.
We Don't Need Every Job.
We Do Want Every Floor Done Right.
There are more garage coating companies on Long Island every year. When the work is done correctly, the good ones aren't that far apart. The trouble is how many installers were never trained properly. Their failed floors make homeowners lose faith in these systems, no matter who put them down.
So whoever you hire, check these four things before you sign:
The prep
Does the quote include grinding the slab and repairing cracks and spalls? If prep is vague, ask.
The product
Where does the material come from? Ours comes straight from the chemist, not a third- or fourth-hand reseller. We've spent years reformulating it for different floors.
The process
One day or two? Ask what the base coat is and how long it gets to bite into the concrete.
The company
A lifetime warranty means little from a company that's three years old. Ask how long they've been around.
A 5-Year Warranty From a Company That's Been Here 15
Our standard warranty is five years. That's not how long we expect your floor to last. It's how long it takes to know it'll last a lifetime. A floor that's going to fail shows it well before year five.
It covers every part of the install. The only exclusion is gross negligence.
You'll see longer warranties out there, even lifetime ones, from companies that have been around a few years. How do you promise a lifetime when you can't promise you'll be open next year? We've been answering the phone since 2011.
We're not the cheapest option, and we won't pretend to be. Aaron Poelker trained every installer on our crew himself, and he isn't putting a 15-year reputation on the line for one bad floor.

Yes, We Install Garage Floor Coatings All Winter
A garage is easy to keep warm enough. As long as the slab stays at 40°F or above, the coating cures the way it should. Flake and solid color floors go in all season. Metallic floors wait for warmer weather.
It's usually about two weeks from approval to install. Reach out this week, and you could have a finished floor in about three weeks.

Garage Floor Coating Questions We Hear a Lot
How much does a garage floor cost?
No two floors are alike, so we don't post a price list. Send us a few photos through the form and we can usually give you a budget number quickly. Your estimate is free, and it includes all the prep and repairs your slab needs.
How long does installation take?
Two days for most flake floors. Add a day if your slab needs moisture mitigation. Solid color and metallic floors take three days.
When can I walk on it and park my car?
You can walk on it in as little a 4 hours, move your stuff back in 12 hours, and park on it after 24 hours.
Do I need to empty the garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be clear. If you need a hand moving things, we can help. Just let us know before we send your final estimate so we can plan for it.
Someone else coated my floor and it's peeling. Can you help?
Send us photos. We'll tell you what likely went wrong and what it would take to fix it. We have repair methods for just about every floor. You're under no obligation to hire us.
My floor is in rough shape. Is it too far gone?
Probably not. There aren't many floors we can't repair and finish. If a slab is in very bad shape, the repairs can add up, and we'll tell you that straight so you can decide.
Is it slippery? Does it smell during install?
Our polyaspartic remains just flexible enough to move slightly with your feet eliminating the need for added anti skid. However if you are wanting additional slip resistance we can always add more.
Does it smell? The base coats have very little odor the polyaspartic top coat can smell a bit but dissipates very quickly.
Can you do my driveway or patio too?
Not with this system. We don't install it outdoors or over asphalt. For outdoor surfaces, we install Vuba Stone and Rubber Stone.
Where do you work?
All of Suffolk and Nassau County. No job too big or too small.
