Majestic does not install tile, carpet, or Luxury Vinyl Plank.

The two-day process is more involved than a one-day system, and it produces a better floor. Majestic installs an epoxy base coat on day one — a stronger, more durable foundation than polyaspartic alone — and applies the polyaspartic top coat on day two, once the base has properly cured. The one-day process is faster and cheaper to deliver. It also produces an inferior floor. Majestic will explain that before the job begins, lay out exactly why, and let you make the decision with full information.

Manufacturers provide a one-year warranty on their materials. Contractors who’ve only been operating for months offer a “lifetime” guarantee. What Majestic provides goes further than that. Owner Aaron Poelker personally commits that if something installation-related needs attention — a year from now, five years from now, ten years from now — he will come back and make it right. Most residential installs are completed in one to two days. For commercial projects, timelines depend on the scope and square footage of the job. MMA flooring is installed and returned to service overnight, with a two-hour full cure time.

Specialty products require approximately two weeks to arrive. The earlier the conversation starts, the sooner the project can begin. Majestic scales crews as demand grows to maintain its lead window.

Every product Majestic installs is chosen specifically for its ability to perform through Long Island winters, summer heat, freeze-thaw cycles, and continuous use without deteriorating. If a product can't meet that standard, Majestic doesn't install it.

Impact-absorbing Rubber Stone and smooth, permeable Vuba Stone are safe for pets and children, including on pool decks and play areas. Rubber Stone is slip-resistant, fully permeable, and stays significantly cooler than concrete in direct sun.
